1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the eTike website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by eTike.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified during checkout.

All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment systems.

3. Package Inclusions and Exclusions

Package inclusions are clearly specified for each offering and may vary between different packages.

Unless explicitly stated, packages do not include international flights, visa fees, travel insurance, or personal expenses.

eTike reserves the right to substitute venues, activities, or services of equal or greater value if necessary.

Any additional services requested beyond the package inclusions will be charged separately.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Refund eligibility and amounts are determined by the timing of cancellation as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

Processing fees may apply to all cancellations regardless of timing.

Special circumstances may be considered for exceptions to standard policy.

5. Event Changes and Force Majeure

eTike is not responsible for changes to the UCI Road World Championships schedule or format made by event organizers.

In case of event cancellation or postponement, eTike will work with customers to provide alternative arrangements or refunds.

Force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, etc.) may affect service delivery and refund policies.

eTike will make reasonable efforts to minimize impact and provide alternatives when possible.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas.

Customers must provide accurate information during booking and notify eTike of any changes.

Customers are expected to behave appropriately during events and follow all venue rules and regulations.

Any damage caused by customers to venues or property will be charged to the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

eTike's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific package or service.

eTike is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Customers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

eTike acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Personal data is protected and not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide services.

Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information.

Marketing communications can be opted out of at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the eTike website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

The eTike name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

Customer reviews and feedback may be used by eTike for marketing purposes.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda.

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kigali, Rwanda.

Customers agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
